Eat less meat, instead have fish...drink lots of water and if you must have things such as powerade, those water based drinks always hit the spot for me durin a timeout.
suicides are important (something I gotta start doin more often).
But yeah, I have alot of stamina for my height, im really zippy around the court esp. on D
and remember get lots and lots of rest too, warming up before a game helps alot too.
