you gotta condition yourself, man. any legit basketball player runs, does suicides, etc. they get themselves in shape.
and you gotta play a lot of full court- it takes almost every day or every other day to get to that level...
if you do it once a week, you aint ever gonna keep up with a legit baller.
and stay away from energy drinks. if you drink gatorade, water it down. most
colleges do because the electrolytes are too high.
