She dribbled. Did you miss that?

The way she hops it's not a travel. Sometimes the ref will call it a travel because it's really close.

But the thing is she lifts her pivot foot before the ball hits the ground. The rule is: "The pivot foot shall not be lifted before the ball is released to start a
dribble."

Does this mean you can technically release the ball and lift your pivot foot before the ball hits the ground?

Once the ball is out of your hands, you can take as many steps as you want. You can only travel if the ball is in your hands.

I'm pretty sure u can lift ur pivot foot while holding the ball (thats what u do on a lay up/dunk) if u lift ur pivot foot and then put it back down without dribbling then its a travel.

Yea, and if you lift your pivot foot you have to lift both feet.
