Exclamation Any fundamental player had got to be STREET

Streetball is in fact the start of NBA superstars. Yeah you could do drills and drills alone in your house but that would be shit without the experience you only get from playing. And where can you play? On the streets.

How do you think NBA superstars got to do this cluthc moves without embarrassing themselves by missing, but making instead a highlight play by scoring?

Cause theyve practiced game situations on streets. And when playing on streets they used to do tricks themselves, and still do when playing at Rucker's, etc.

So don't say kids shoulnt play streetball, and that street guys can't do it to NBA. This goes especially to Whitewizard: Go tell Iverson, marbury, Francis, Nash, Hardaway that street players can't do it to NBA!!

WACTH NBA's video "Anklebreakers" and youll know what I mean.

That' true. I watched that, and it's pretty good. Stephon does AND1 ads, too. You forgot Rafer Alston.

ya its not like if you dont play streetball you cant play in NBA. but your right in a sense, streetball is helpful. however, it hurts you sometimes as much as it hurts your D. If you get caught up in the game and pull out one of the streetball moves that happens to be illegal cuz its just your habit to do it, your coach'll be pisses, and you'll be benched cuz its a turnover.

yeah youre right. But I was referring just to the experience on court, Weekend games arent enough to get to a next level. Obviously you dont pull tricks on basketball games, (unless you are certain it will work!!( no violation tricks, though!!))

I don't think that those people who play in the NBA who used to Streetball would actually foul that often.
