Listen,you just have to put your but down and be in the main stand and be very close to the man.And then you can block him or see the week point.As for increasing the speed in dribble I dontr know but to use well tequnique you do like this:
1.)Stand in front of the mirror that you can see your body legs hands and ball
2.)Do the dribbles fakes and all of it
3.)After a lot of practise you will have the one of the best tequnique in your HOOD.

and still...i got a problem with my vertical jump im 5'7....i can touch the backboard but not the rim...

i did Air Alert 3 for like 10 weeks (then gave up), but my vert increased by like around 7-8 inches.
My advice is, forget about dunking (unless ur like a spud webb lil brother)
Try 2 improve yo game up.

Try better basketball - better ballhandlin 4 ur dribblin..
