IM JUST 6 foot maybe a bit under and I can dunk pretty good so Id say it isnt that good. Im 15 btw. Most of my friends can grab the ring and are under 6 foot.

And also I have a friend who is about 5'3 and he can touch the backboard... So ya, I dont think thats too good for you... No offence or anything.

Anyone looking to increase your vert' here this....... Everyday, there are things you can do to increase your vert'...
You can take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Skip when you walk.
Rock on your the tips of your toes to your heels when standing (this really helps build calf strength, especially on stair steps)......
When working out on the court, you should take the basketball in both hands, jump to touch the backboard in sets of 20 to 30 (repeatidly). Don't stop and don't let yourself slow down or decrease in air time (this also works well).. Everytime you do it, try to jump higher....

ankle weights screw up your knees. plyometrics is prolly the best way to increase vertical.

Just do calve raises. Do using one foot, then swap and do the other foot. Do them all the time. Hundreds of them.

Besides that just run everywhere and try your hardest.
