yo what up im a young balla, im in grade 8 and ive been tryin to get better at ball. i just need tips and all, right now im out of shape in the playgroud all i can do is a few fancy moves and lose a little control of the ball or get robbed. my shots are off right now i mainly do fade away jump shots, like i run up strong around to the net then just all of a sudden take a fade away jump shot because i got pretty good hoops and it prevents blocks. i need help on improving my game like defensive postions ways to bring the ball strong to the net. thats really my main problem, im like the 2nd tallest guy in my school (5'7 i think, grade 6-8) and i wana bring the ball up strong.
all my asking for is tips/tricks any info on the net there is out there for a young balla in need.
Lol, " train your body", no offence but good advice hahaha .. anyway what i recommend you do is just your own individual practice at the court also do abit of wieghts but don't over do it and don't worry about the tricks until you get your fundementals because like you said you lose control of the ball and people can steal it from you instead work on your dribbling skills well hope that is good adivce.. pce
