not really as often as i usually do anymore cuz of school and im practicing more on my shot then my handles....

i get up at 5:00 every day expt sat and sun i dribble until its time to go to school i take my ball where ever i go. I dribble at lunch time 2 thats about 30min and all day after school untill i get sleepy(at 1 or 12) and on weekends if i dont hav to work i will get to the gym with showstopper501 around 8 or 9 then we leave when it closes at 8 or 9. READ THIS!!!!!!!!!This is what i use that helps me alot i dribble where ever i go and when i get to a goal i just practice on shooting.

i dribble everyday for as long as i can but wit school and everything else, its hard to find time sometimes. during the summer tho, i bet the neighbors wanted to tell me to go inside cus i would be dribblin all day all nite hahah

Not as much as I used to... used to everyday after dinner do figure 8s, and around the waist, etc. Now I'm just working on my shot.
