thats all true. i mean i dnt think there is that much streetball hype in australia but when ppl see those moves they wanna do them instead, i know i do! but u gotta do fundamentals first, i didnt but now i have and have gotten lotz better AND now i have taught myself streetball moves while still doing fundamentals. id say streetball is a culture, u go and play on the streets at the court, u no 2 on 2 or whatever nd u enjoy the game, but u do that every day. and then u do the And1 moves. nba and and1 are two completely different styles, they shouldnt be looked at like brothers but instead like cousins, there the same but with a twist

Great post. There's one more difference though. NBA players can shoot, lots of streetballers can't.
Personally, I think that's the main difference other than the legal moves part.

this is gettin old basketball does not exist around the nba and if doin tricks and watchin and1 mixtapes are keepin kids interested and apreciate basketball more and keepin em out of trouble where's the complaint comin from ya dig this dylan character is right about one thing the fundamentals are very important half of the tricks and moves don are just extentions of basic moves.most of the people on these boards were doin slip n slides and matrix combos and now they wanna pretend like they goin to the league just cause someone like to do tricks doesnt mean you like basketball more than he does he may have more love for the game in one finger than you have in your whole body just do what you know

At the end of the day we should just love the game, no matter what form it is in.
