Your training as well as gettin gritty. It's like a punching bag - you can punch it as much as you want but the bag wont hit back. Go figure .

im really for both... that's kind of a hard question to answe rcuz while ur doin dribling and shootin drillsur improvin ya self game but not everybody is gonna push themselves to do it errday unless they are really really serious about ball...... but then again pick up games is where u learn how to actually read the sourt and work on ya team game so u no how to pack clean passes or how to change up crossovers if one doesnt work so its kind ahard cuz i mean u could get better the more games u play but u wont be learnin anything u'll get better and u wont no what do to do to get even better hard to explain so if u want me to go into detail just holla

If I had to chose only one I'd say pickup games but I think but are really important and complement themselves.

but u really not trainin ya self in a game.... like u are but not as much...... if u just played games all ya life u stillgone be missin that mentality part and key points in ya game that u could get from drills and shit unless u got coaches coachin u thru out the game and even then it'll take a long ass time to be a bangin ass player
