I arrived at the court at 1pm this afternoon, practising a few shots and then proceeded to shot 100 freethrows...Pathetic I tell you..I got 23 out of 100..I was so pissed at myself and as I fixed myself the goal to make the team next year I decided to do something. I stood almost under the rim, and shot with perfect form until I hit 5 in a row..Then I took a step back and did the same thing...It took me nearly 500 shots to make it to the freethrow line..When I made it I was so happy I yelled and people around looked at me funny..I didn't care...
I then took a small break and played 1on1 with some kid from highschool, he was good but I beat him 5-0, probably because of height difference.. Then I wanted to see if I had improved my freethrows and did another 100..Believe it or not..This time I got 61/100..It might still be terrible..But for me it means alot and I think I'm on my way to becoming a great shooter..
