tips how to be taller

hey guys can u help me to be taller guy cause i really want tobe taller!!!! im a filipino my height i think 5.7 but i want to be 6 something i like playing basketball i know driblling and shot but theres something mssing dunk!!!!!... pls give me some tips!!!!! i approciate !!!!

I need to get taller also, but i dont think theres any excercise or anything that you can do to get taller. its all in your genes.

you could get a better sleeping habit but sometimes if your small, you are small. Filipino too also 5'7"

yeah. are you really 19? cause at that age you'll only have 2 years more to grow and most people at that age grow only 1 inch i think. sorry to break it up to you but there's no way you're gonna grow 5 at your age.
