Smile Finally!!
i did VJB for like a week and i can touch rim on a 9'5"..... i m only 5'8" with a reach of 7'5" so that means i have a vertical of about 24" rite..... well i m just to exicited.. lol

my vert b4 was like around 16-20 now its 24".... so how about u guys did u gain any inchces yet??

how old are u... cause im about 5'8 also, and i can barly dunk regulation... no vert program or nothin? just curious, not tryna show off or nothin...

i am 15 turning 16 in like november i just wanna be able to dunk b4 i m 17.. dats my goal and i can achieve it ...
