Smile Put your weight room statz on here or w.e

Heres mine
...
height : 5'8.5"
weight:160 pounds
vertical: 18"/22"
mile: 7:00 flat
highest run : 3.5 miles in 23:35 minutes/seconds
Bench: 115 (yea... its sucks)
squat:200lbs... 5 reps.
Leg Extension: 110lbs
Leg press: over 390lbs
Max Pushups: 35
Sit-ups in a minute: 43(bad..)
Arm-Extensions:40 lbs each hand

Yea dont worry i amma get a lot stronger my da end of dis summer

U kinda weak man... im 5'2 and i could bench 120 no offense

squat:today was my first time at the gym in 2 month i did 105 3 set 10 times each
Leg Extension: 110lbs
Leg pressvertically) i did 360 easy
Max Pushups:i dunno but i do 20 Diamond pushups going down so the diamond touchs my chest.
Sit-ups in a minute: i did 80 yesterday
Arm-Extensions:dunno what taht is

yea i just started lifting like a month ago but they showing a lot of improvements you shud start too...

Arm extenstions are when you take 2 dummbells each hand go on a flat bench and just do it like you do on a normal bench press...

weight- 150lbs
max bench- 205lbs
max squat-295'lbs
max pushups( no break )- 70-75
vert? donno.....but i can just barly dunk
runnin and shit like that, i donno not shit

im a lil strong, but i been workin out 4 about 2-3 yrs... on and off
