Question about dribbling between the legs

hi i am new to streetball sry for asking such stupid question. i see in videos when players like hot sauce dribble between their legs, their upper body kinda moves right and left, but when i do it, my upper body doesnt move. i wanna know what i did wrong and what i have to do. thx guys
