work on things that are hard for u. usually, its hard for people to dribble behind their back for a long time so work on it until u can do it for a while. thats jus an example. do alotta drills that u think are hard at first and perfect em. also, try dribbling wit tennis balls like u would a basketball. and try to dribble as hard and quick as u can. fast handles are a huge advantage.

above all tho, dont give up cus u can make progress everyday. its all in the attitude

Dont look down at the ball and make sure you dribble with your fingertips and not your palms...and work twice as hard on your off hand as your strong hand...keep practicing and you will get there

when i started off i couldnt dribble that well eitha. but jus dribblin a week aint gone give u immediate improvement. this is what helped me out: take u a ball, and wheneva u can, jus dribble. do it wit both hands. when you watching sportcenter, take you a ball and dibble thru your legs while you watchin tv. get urself familiar wit feelin it instead of forcin it. tha more you feel tha betta youll get! trust me on this one, ive broken a many ankles. holla back @ ya boy if you got anymo ?. holla back
