Default Re: Few Questions about shooting forms.

ya, i used to have the same problem. dont worry about it: if u look in the nba, most of them shoot their threes with less hangtime then their midrange jumpers. its natural.

as long as you shoot your threes with the same form, then you're fine. this means you can shoot off ur jump if u have to, but u'll eventually get stronger and be able to shoot during ur jump, even if its not as much as ur midrange shot. the key is: dont worry too much about when u shoot in ur jump, as long as u r jumping and using proper form.

btw, ur not supposed to shoot at the top of ur jump, unless ur trying to avoid getting blocked. open midrange/long range jumpers, however, u should be shooting just b4 u hit the top of ur jump and do ur proper form. its best to shoot JUST as u hit the top of ur jump ONLY if ur strong enough to do ur proper form. but dont hang at the top of ur jump and then shoot: i kno thats what they teach u in video games, but dont do it becasue it ruins all ur "upforce" and its hard as hell to stabilize.
