Few Questions about shooting forms.
Does it really matter how you shoot ??
i mean what i do is like.. i flick it up as i jump. i mean I know how your suppose to shoot using your wrist when you jump your highest ? i mean i can do that for 2 pointers. but i really have a hard time doin that for those threes. is there any excercise I can do to get my wrist more strength.
How do you people shoot ?
