Re: alternative to deadlifts?
well i weigh about 195, i squat 315, and i deadlift 250. i would show you a video if i owned a camera. i would say that i have pretty good form, im not an expert (im only 16), but i used to work out with a trainer who was a bitch about form. but today i saw someone doing deadlifts with one of those (idk the name of them) metal things that you step into and most people do with shrugs. it looked like there's less stress on the back so i will try it and tell you guys
