Nice thread, though when i jump i do a left right plant and jump, with no jumpstop is this better\worse. Also i dont get much higher with a run up than stand still jump. I also get the same just doing 1 step left right plant as a runnin jump, if that makes sense. Anything that could help me, my vert is low , only about 23-26inches nt sure but i've never trained before and hopefully im going to start VJB novice weights or if i decide to buy Athletic advantage, im really stuck there too lol. I dont think im going to do much plyos as i play ball everyday/ shoot around at home.
