Many of us get our confidence from doing weight-training, pylometrics and training. Not just months, but years and years of training. We KNOW we can do it, we KNOW we are the strongest out on the court, we CAN do it. Sometimes you got to have something to show you that you can do it, and in my first month of weightlifting I increased my squat from around 150lbs to almost 200lbs, and that just gave me more and more confidence, knowing that I one day will be the best.
