U can use air alert, cause it has good results, but if u ever had a injury be4 in ur feet or legs u shouldnt do it, cause i broke a foot finger 6 months ago and now its hurting again.
U can train your flexibility 2, to get a better jump it worked with me when i was younger, but when u have 14-15 years u need some hard training to make u the best jumper on your team, like air alert!
