I'm a spanish white 5 '7 short arms guy and started playing bball 3 years ago.
Like everyone i wish to have hops but not even get to the backboard when jumping. So I decided 4 months ago to do a program myself of jumpsoles and vjb weightlifitng.
ANd after 3 months and a half I can see lots of improving on my vert.
