I did the bodyweight followed by beggineer plyos today.
took about 1 hour to complete both.

I underestimated these exercises. this actually made me sweat like hell (SO ITs WORKING !YAY!), same or more than aa3 made me sweat at first, dont know it was because of the intensity or because i ahvent done any plyos since 2 months ago. i skipped the cross lunges cause i dont know how to do them. and i did not follow the tempo rules strictly, just did some exercises slower than others. also i broke up the body squats (2x100) into (4x50). hoping to stay motivated throughout the summer!
