Novice Plyos alone.
I've figured out that if you do bodyweight and plyos together twice a week it will take 214 minutes compared to 90 minutes if you just do plyos. Because of this i'm only doing plyos three times a week. I just have one question. What will just doing novice plyos do for me? Will it help with conditioning? Is it worh the 90 minutes to put into it??
