IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE SUFFICIENT WEIGHTS REQUIRED, THE MATHS IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT BUT THE RESULTS SHOULD NOT BE TOO OFF:
bodyweight leg strength program+beginner plyometrics
please get the idea of weight training stunting growth out of your head, it's NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT, THERE IS NO ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE TO BACK UP SUCH A CLAIM......WHOEVER TOLD YOU IT STUNTS GROWTH IS LYING.....NO TESTS OF ANY SORT HAVE BEEN DONE TO JUSTIFY THIS, SO UNTIL IT'S CLEAR TO YOU THAT IT DOES, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF...
if you aint gonna squat, then ya vert aint going no where fast with bodyweight training alone, not that it won't, but not as quick as it would in collaboration with strength training.....
