what program do you recommend for me?
my stats:
im 5'11
7'7 reach
140 lb
standing vert(2leg)-about 20'
running vert (2leg)-about30'
running vert(1leg)-about 20'
previous programs-did aa3 up to week 11 and gained 7' to my running vert
i havent done any programs for the past 2 months and noticed my vert increased by around 2' (i think its results from aa3 kicking in)
now my exams are done next week and i have summer vacation.
right now i can touch rim pretty consistently, and on occasions i can pull it.
what program should i start (i was thinking vjb), also which vjb session should i start (beginner/novice). also dont tell me squatting because i dont want to do any major weightlifitng until im done growing. thanks
