Hello everybody,
I'm a spanish short guy ( 5'7) 20 years old and i had an ankle injury 5 months ago.
The thing is i have never jumped high, much like 19-20 inches.
But after the injury and the recovering time started playing bball again. And after 1 month playing 3 days a week i could not even touch the backboard.
With dunk dreams ( like every player ) i felt

So 2 months ago decided to mix jumpsoles with vjb intermediate lifting to increase my vertical.
Prepared a program myself with 2 days a week , jumpsoles first, rest 20 minutes and lift weights, Tuesday and Friday.
I'm naturally strong so started squating my bodyweight, 155 pounds and improved since then. Also felt that the jumpsoles helped me a lot with the plyos.
So after 3 months, I can squat 380 pounds and my vert has improved to limits i have never dreamed.
My vert now is 32 inches and improving , I will upload a youtube video with my late vert.
There were moments i felt down with no passion for the game, i felt tired but i tell you ballers that improving your vert is
possible.
