Yo, forget an ab program. Your abdominals are a muscle just like any. Take 1-3 days a week and workout your abs like any muscle - 10-12 reps with as much weight as possible. Eat your protein and this is going to help you build up that muscle. The hardest part is to have proper nutrition. Key to exposing that muscle is to get the body fat off which can be tough because a lot is stored on the stomach.
