k when ever i see a vid of a dunker like tdub, when he hits the ball off the ground or backboard, how does he palm it in mid air. not only t dub does it but he does it a lot. how can i work on improving this. heres a vid which shows what i mean.

look at it at 33 seconds. he palms the ball in mid air. ive tried it so many times, but i cant do that.
