Haha. I could understand what they were saying. My mom speaks Russian and she translated to me what they were saying. All they were saying is: This is my district. Then the other replied: No, its mine. Thats all they said back and forth. then the tall guy took of his shirt. The small guy did the same. the tall guy said: lets go (meaning lets fight). The tall guy whooped the lil guy's ass and he asked: Your district? (in a sarcastic way).
