I was reading SLAM magazine when I came across an ad for Adenotrex. Its a suplement that claims it can enhance over all performance, doesn't matter what sport. There are many people claiming it has results.

I want a higher jump and I did 11 weeks of air alert but got NOTHING out of it. I want people's opinions. Does anyone know if its good or bad? Does it work?
