b4 i could only get about 1/3rd of my had over the rim on a 2 legged vertical jump
When i tried today i got half of my hand over the rim and can almost dunk with 2 legged jump
I will update results weekly

yo man seriously u gotta search. ask anyone and they will tell u it messed up there ankles or knees
