Hmm i plan on incresing my vert this summer by at least 6-8 inches
i think i will start with 7 weeks of Air alert (b4 it get to stupid and over trained) just to get my body used to jumping and hopefully gain an inch or 2
than i am going to start the VJB Novice plyos with bodyweight strenth program.
hopefully i can acheive this.
Right now at 6'5" with 24 inch vert i can almost dunk just standing next to the rim (but sadly my running vert is so low i can only get up about 23 inch so still can't dunk)
