What are YOUR goals in the summer???
School will be over in about a month (well I'm not sure about Australia or other countries, at least it is in America). Post your training schedule and your goals in the summer. It can be about vertical jumping, shooting, handling, strength training, agility and whatever you want.
Here are mine:
MAKE 200 threes/day
Alston's handling program
p90x strength training
That's it, I can't do any vertical training yet because my knees and my ankles.
Goals:
Above 60% three point shooter (right now my average is 46% in game)
Increase upper body strength significantly
Master as many streetball moves as I can
