Is this program gonna be as good as VJB or even better? I need to gain 3-4 more inches to dunk it clean. Any advice on how i could get them in 2 months or less? im a 2 leg jumper and my only experience is in plyometrics cuz i did aa3 for 14 weeks which i know was a bad idea.
