I guess it looks decent, and since MJ's trainer made the workout I don't want to doubt it, but isn't that kind of weird? I mean, everyone's talking about customization and stuff these days, and there's nothing like that in the book. Should I go with JumpATTACK or do Athletic Advantage? Thanks.
Just go with Athletic Advantage. As u just posted its a one size fits all program. With Athletic Advantage you have multiple choices to choose form. Since u bought it u can return it if u dnt get results. my friend told me that he regretted starting out with the strength training workout since his vert was 24 inches and he had never lifted weights before. I suggest u do the body weight program if your vertical is less then 30 inches. If its more then do the strength training program.
