About JumpATTACK
I just got Tim Grover's Jump Attack book (trainer of MJ), and looked at the program. Surprisingly it has none of that beginner/intermediate/expert kind of level workout, it's simply ONE workout. And it's supposed to only be done twice a week.
I guess it looks decent, and since MJ's trainer made the workout I don't want to doubt it, but isn't that kind of weird? I mean, everyone's talking about customization and stuff these days, and there's nothing like that in the book. Should I go with JumpATTACK or do Athletic Advantage? Thanks.
