I just finished the 2nd workout of week1 and I think I tore or strained my hamstring. I have previously injured my hamstring and of course I did not stretch but I warmed up by playing a little basketball before doing VJB so as of now I am taking a weeks break because USSSA 2007 State Championships are in a month so no need to kill myself over a few inches of vertical leap.
