though one thing that i dont dig is when rappers go big and they forget about their roots; the fame and fortune takes over and they loose the talent that got them their in the first place.
Take a look at black thought from the roots, firstly check out his freestyle with questlove which was before he went big, and then watch his new freestyle at rap city.
he still has the same skills, and nothings changed besides the cloths he is wearing. i believe staying true to yourself is important, it is thier duty to provide that through their music.
