i mean there is 2 beginner at the vjb one is called plyometrics and other is bodyweight and each one has different trains i need to increase my 2 legged jump the stand jump wat i have to do plyometrics or bodywieght or intermediate weights + plyometrics program(focs on strenght) thats all
