Almost perfect. if you look carefully kobes feet are pointing in a different direction from where his shoulders are. Of course you cant do to much to help that. BUT the most important thing is that the ball goes strainght and if your arm points at the dead center of the goal then the ball will go straight if you have a decent stroke. having your feet pointed at the goal will give you more power, increase your range, make it easier to keep your arm pointed at the goal. Kobe doesnt need his feet pointed directly at the goal because his arm is straight and he is strong enough to get the ball to the goal.
