for ppl who do vjb or read it
i read vjb when i really get confused there are 2 beginner one is plyometrics and the second is bodyweight
question : do i have to do both or one i need the 2 feet jump or stand jump
and if both do i do evry1 in differ 3 days like the first sat mon wed and sun tue thu
and last question is there any train i add weights while train or with my wieght
