Off-season? Developing strength should be your focus as it is harder to do it during your season. I'd do light plyos before the strength workout, on the same day. That would leave Tues, Thurs and the weekend for you vital rest. The point of light plyos would be to maintain some of your reactive ability. You don't want to do fairly intense plyos or else you wont do starting strength justice.
