Way too much man. period... I've done it myself last year i trained 4-5 days a week on vert busting my butt in the offseason. I overtrained, luckily didn't get seriously injured, though alot of little injuries being so fatigued. I really feel skill training is the most important thing in getting better not devoting yourself to vert 24/7. I also feel that you can get about the same vert gains working out much less and smarter as long as you eat right and get rest. I'm sticking to a steady 2 day a week leg lifting routine with 2 days of upper body as well and i try to play basketball whenever i can, which is almost everyday. I just think you should make sure you train for what you really want, in competitive ball there aren't a whole lot of guys like you and i who make a living in the game of basketball with vert only your skills have to be your strong point. How many breakaways do you get a game? even in a season? Your schedule even without playing ball would raise the risk of injury, 6 days a week for vert?!!! You'll be too tired to get gains and will be training with sub par performance
