Wow today I wasnt sore at all. Not sure if this is good or bad but it might be because I stretched after something I didnt do last week. Not to mention last week I was sore for 2 days after the workout. Today I started week 2 of beg plyos and blah blah blah nice workout. I find it very difficult to actually complete the alternating lung jump(40 straight  ).
