Weights or no Weights? for increasing vert
I was wondering if weights were right for me for increasing my vert. I'm almost 14 about 6' 155-160(lean muscle) and ive heard that you shouldnt use weights untill you get to be about 15 or 16. I REALLY need help increasing my vert because i can barely even thouch the backboard(no warmup). also what do you think of nike sparq training?
