Access to a Gym...
Sup..
What the title says, I have access to my school gym for about a month and a half two times a week for about 130 minutes each week (split into a 50 minute lesson and a 100 minute lesson but it takes people time to get ready, warm up, waiting for the machines ect ect..)
And anyway was wondering if this is enough time to develop my vert? About 2-4 inches would be great more would be perfect!
My current vert is about 20" standing and 21" running how much do you think I could gain?
And could someone give me a realistic workout chart which will help alot (The school has most of the workout machines so it shouldn't really be a problem)
