This is the workout I'm going to do until basketball season. Any suggestions?

Every other day:

3x12 Bicep Curls

3x12 Dumbell Benchpress

3x12 Dumbell single arm Rows

3x12 Over head tricep extension

3x12 Lat raises

3x12 Military Press

Off days:

Vertical Jump Bible
