I felt EXACTLY THE SAME WAY until recently. Ever since last year I felt that I was getting worse and it felt like shit. So what I did was played with my friends as hard as I could. This boosted my confidence a bit. I continued to do this and also practiced when ever I could.

I feel that I was getting better when playing with my friends for fun rather than during the season where we played with other schools. Playing for fun with friends is a more relaxed atmosphere.

Just a few days ago we went to a court where there were heaps of people. I played with some guys, thinking they were pretty good. I thought I would get owned but still took the challenge. Ended up owning them. 2 days later went to another court and same thing, ended up owning them.

I guess it happens to everyone, play with your friends as they encourage you alot. Ignore any negativity. If you are doing bad, take a rest, go to a bathroom, splash water on your face and dry yourself, look in the mirror and take deep breaths. When you are calm return. I do this and it helps.
